I do research on games before I get them because I don't want to end up returning it the next day. So I go to game sites (mainly gamespot) but they aren't much help for most the time the games I buy that they gave a good review end up being really dumb games. Does anyone have any suggestions?
what you can always do is goto a place that sells used games. we have some places here where you can get ps2 games for 10 bucks.
Try renting the games first, and buy the game if you like it.
Try out some of these games- Rent them before you buy them. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Substance Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction Socom series (I haven't played it, but people like it) GTA series (If you like mindless violence, pick these up) God of War Shadow of Colossus Prince of Perisa I and III (II was a little odd imo) Ace Combat (I think that's the name) Dragonquest VIII: I haven't got a chance to play this, but it's a good rpg from what I here) Resident Evil IV
Dude. You got good taste in games. I have most of those and I think that they're awesome. Thanks for the other suggestions though. If you liked the games that I did then I might just have to try out the other ones you suggested.
God of War, hands down.
When I had a PS2 (many years ago. 2002 I think), the best game in my opinion was Ace Combat. It totally rocked the world.
Now, having not played it for the PS2, it's probably GTA: San Andreas.
If you like big OTT fun, and blowing things up, then mercenaries really gives some bang for your buck.
Otherwise, I'd suggest God of War. Great game.
Try Call of Duty - Big Red One, about the US Army's First Infantry Division. Fun game!:nodding:
You can either agree with meor be wrong.
