There are tons of good soundtracks that have come about because of games. What are your favorites? Video posting encouraged! Personally, I love Frank Klepacki's work. He has done most of the music for the C&C series and it is great. So much of it I can't post it all, but I'm sure a lot of you know Hell March Additionally, a recent re-discovery of mine is the Top Gear soundtrack (The SNES racing game). Brilliant music! While I love the originals, many have re-done them and come out with great results: Also want to do a throw back to a game that was before my time but I appreciate nonetheless for providing us with a certain awesome song... Some of the other music sounds pretty cool too I also love the MGS music as well, brilliant stuff! Only a very short list from me, I have many many more that aren't in my head at the moment. So what are some of your favorites?

Divine Intervention of Universe at war (I think frank lep made this too)

P.S. Warthog run of Halo sounds like the original of the Mjolnir remix?

I couldn't find any videos, but Nightmare from Zombie Panic Source fits the atmosphere perfectly. Very haunting.
