Steam, since the stores in my hood refuse to sell anything but console games.
From a troll that lives under an old decrepit bridge...
I actually pay cash for them in urban centers, when I leave the stix, or sometimes I hire third parties to acquire them via credit cards, and pay the retail plus a fee.
I would use Steam...but I don't use Steam for anything...can't be bothered with it.
I generally use Amazon UK, Play.com, HMV etc. I serach everywhere, even places like Argos for the cheapest.
they even sell toys of the games. and some console units.
The local GameStop, since sometimes I encounter some cool clerks there who give me the pre-order bonus thing even if I didn't pre-order the game. That or the clerk turns out to be a complete douchebag who wants to make my shopping experience as unpleasant as possible. It's usually one of those two archetypes.
Monster_user;5423422I used to buy all of my games at an EB (Electronics Boutique), as they had the best selection before PC gaming dropped off the map, and Gamestop bought them out.
Yeah me too, when I first got into gaming they had tons of used PC games they sold cheap. Now it's a console wasteland. I don't think much of GameStop. I call them GameGestapo.
I 2nd eBay for cheap PC games. I've even bought lots of used ones there fairly cheap. Just make sure the seller has a good rating.
sometime they sell fakes in ebay..
