POLL: When it comes to games Who is the most stupid
I say EA and Microsoft
These guys are truely confirmed MORONS beacuse of their actions...etc
Microsoft for disbanding ENSEMBLE STUDIOS
and
EA it's not even worth mentioning.(destroyed a lot of studios)
--It's not just my anger that somebody would ask why I say this but this is solely from an technical stand point , Age of Empires and Halo wars being the TOP successful franchises and selling , making this is for my normal understanding closure of it an utter stupidity. Why fat-macdonalds capitalist fox cnn fake news media corrupt idiots run the companies. Why shit always happens in usa? Thanks bush,obama,hillary,newworldorder,capitalism,...etc
Worst developer I know of is Idol FX. Drake of the 99 Dragons, anyone? Drake of the 99 Dragons Review Videos - G4tv.com
Drake "throws his arms around every which way like a sub-homicidal semaphore session."
Im ending this right now...
Lucasarts.
For every piss poor star wars game concieveable to wring the franchise drier than the saraha desert. (Naboo starfighter? seriously?)
For dropping half the games they work on halfway thru development. (Full Throttle 2, Sam and Max 2)
For building indiana jones so well (Fate of Atlantis will be the best indy game ever), then smashing it with a sledgehammer, burning the pieces, and throwing the ashes into a black hole with infernal machine or emperors tomb. Im not even gonna start on releasing the new indy game on the playmotherfuckingstation 2 and the wii.
For coming up with a cool idea and making lego games, (star wars original and star wars prequals, then indiana jones), then combining them into 1 big game to try and get even more money.
For creating Jar Jar binks. W.T.F.
Lucasarts takes the cake, I'm a star wars nerd, but they really are going down the shitter.
First of all, Star Wars Episode 3, FAILURE, "Anakin, you're breaking my heart" Dear fucking god, WHY?
Next in this timeline of failure, The Force Unleashed. I loved the game. Past tense, there is little to no replay value, I have almost all the achievements, I wasted money on the pathetic DLC with the recycled Luke in Dagobah cave story, and I feel like now I wasted 60 bucks on nothing but a good story and a few moments of awe.
Now, I really hate to beat a dead horse on this one, but KOTOR 3, really? Do they even see how many simultaneous orgasms worldwide that would occur the SECOND they announced KOTOR 3? I think it is fair to say that KOTOR 3 is one of the most anticipated if not THE most anticipated game out there, but they seem reluctant to make it for some unspoken reason.
Now of course, the clone wars movie, why they decided to gear it so much towards kids is beyond me, we already know so much better CGI is out there, and that Lucasarts is capable of it, but they decided to make something that instead of causing mass excitement, caused worldwide facepalms.
Then after this movie fails epicly, what do they decide? "LETS MAKE A GAME OUT OF IT!" Oh brilliant idea Lucas, games based on movies normally fail anyways, so lets make a game based off a movie that failed! Two negatives make a positive right? I think not.
The recent indiana jones movie. A fridge? Aliens? 'nuff said.
Now, some people would throw TOR into this pile, but I think this is one of the few things they have done right recently. While MMO's are not entirely popular, by putting it into the hands of bioware, who actually understand that games have to be FRESH, they may have made a decision that could get them a buttload of money IF bioware comes through with what they want to do, and I don't doubt they will.

Possibly because they realise they might not live up to the expectations. At any rate, I thought Kotor was BioWare not LucasArts.
KOTOR is made by bioware, but they can't make KOTOR 3 without the go ahead from Lucasarts, since they own the star wars license.
Well the longer they wait the higher the demand grows, so in the end they're only shooting themselves in the foot
In before Valve.
I have to say Obsidian for ruining two perfect games(Knights of the Old Republic II, and Neverwinter Nights II). And now they're going to ruin the Fallout series with Fallout: Vegas. They're like Midas, but instead of turning into gold, everything they touch turn into uncanon piles of garbage.
LJN.
They managed to fuck up every single last one of their games, whether it was on the NES, SNES, Genesis or Gameboy. Seriously, worst games ever.
I agree with Lucasarts though, cancelling Full Throttle 2 and Sam'n'Max 2 is unforgivable. With Sam'n'Max, however, the creator Steve Purcell went to Telltale Games and created a series of episodic PC games. They're in the spirit of the old game and comic books, and quite awesome. Back in the day, they were gods among adventure game companies. Shame they took such a wrong turn.
