Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory is an awesome team-based shooter. You should definitely get it.

Oh, and you're perfectly alright to download Enemy Territory, that's always been a free (and legal) game for download. ;)

Enemy Territory = the free one you can download.

Quake Wars = the one that'll be released during the first half of 2007. You have to buy this one.

If you'd like to learn more about the original Enemy Territory, check out the Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory subforums, found here: http://forums.filefront.com/forumdisplay.php?f=596

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

It definately looks worth the wait. Im just wondering how many different battle types there are going to be? Ive never read too much about that. Will it at all have a VCTF mode which I know is very Unrealish (OMG I Said IT!) But the different vehicles and weapons would make for great combat. Modes like these are easy for the average gamer to get into and open it to a wider audiance. This will make the game last onger than just a 3 to 6 months. Its great to have a dedicated following but longevity is the key to success. Just a thought.

If you've played Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, you'll know what to expect from Quake Wars.

Team-based "objectives" gameplay is pretty much the order of the day.
