I guess some people would rather live in the "gaming world of warcraft' than real life, those people play way too much, then when they get back into the real world they feel depressed again. People should never intentionally hide in a game from real life, it is best to just to face what is making them depressed.

All I can think of, is even if the guy had no life persay some one would have noticed a change in him and would have helped him

Like Saren said, someone should have helped him, but it might not have mattered anyway. Half the time I don't even know what I am saying.

I'm still trying to figure it out since WoW sucks to begin with...

Obviously some people don't think so.

What kind of loot did he drop? Can we roll on it? I'm kidding, but I do find it funny that they are trying to blame the game when the game isn't to blame, in fact players of the game tried to save his life. It's Virgina Techs fault, if Virgina Tech would have once again listened to people's concerns he wouldn't be dead nor would those 23 other kids last April.

I agree, if people did more listening than talking these days, then these problems would not matter.I guess I better shut-up.

Too be honest...

It's just another victim of a brilliant marketing weapon. If people are so stupid to get so involved in the game then really, they must have been foolish to give up a good life before hand, or never had much of one to enjoy in the first place.

I realise that it is only a possible cause, that was really only for the media...

bud389;4185690Same, i would choose an offline epic RPG (such as oblivion) over some shitty MMORPG any day...

Oblivion epic? I don't think so. Try playing fallout, It would easily fall under the best game ever category.

You can't blame World of Warcraft for his death, it would have happened anyway and everyone would be blaming it on something else then. It takes a certain person to kill themselves and just because you play an MMORPG (addictively, I'm assuming) doesn't mean you're going to kill yourself.
