Or even just add on to a mission would be cool too

I've looked into making new missions before, but never really had the time to complete such an undertaking. I would suggest downloading and looking over this. It's MisterBlud's Wolf 359 mission, and although I've never gotten it to work correctly, it may give you a few pointers on the files that need to be modded.

I know that by altering the .dsl and .drl files you can affect the outcome of a mission. This comes with a very serious caveat: unless you are experienced at writing computer code, you will in all liklihood cause the game to have a nervous breakdown.

If you are serious about creating a mission, I would suggest you ask the modding community as a whole if anyone has had major success with either altering the aforementioned files or even creating those file types from scratch.

To Iggy: I could be in error, but the Wolf359 mission probably requires a clean Armada II game (i.e. unmodded in any way). I never could get it to work either (though the .bik files were pretty cool).

The .bik files are found in the Animations folder in the Armada II main directory. I have had zero success creating one of my own but many other modders can make a movie with ease (Westworld, Bryan of BOTF fame).
