It seems that when it comes out it is set to team 0. Is there a way of changing this?

Sure. I don't think it can be done though.

My idea was a reinforcement special weapon. I successfully modded the singularity to a Transwarp conduit and got a Borg ship through, I did try to get more than one ship through but that didn't work.

I tend to agree with you unfortunately!! :(

I was planning to use the quantum singularity to "bring" hero ships from different eras to the "present" to battle the enemy's forces brought in in a similar fashion.

However no matter what I do the damn ships turn on me, lol!!

Oh well, back to the drawing board!! :p

The attack allies/enemy/all code is for the special weapon, not the ship that exits. I have tried looking in other odf files to see if I can change the team of the ship that exits but no joy. It is a pity. Would have been cool for a scout to use it, a Borg Cube coming out of Transwarp to help, handy. Would have made the AI less predctable when there are cubes flying around everywhere.
