I'm starting to mod for A2, but I have been a while with Bridge Commander scripting. Well my question is: "how do you make ships fire while cloaked in Armada 2?" If this is very easy than I must have mist looked somewhere becaus I have been searching files quite a long time.
In the odf file for the weapon, add in the following lines:
// You can use the cloak enhancer while cloaked... cloakEnable = 1

So if I add this to (for examlple) gcloak.odf then I will be able to fire while cloaked?

No, you need to add it to the weapon that will fire while cloaked. Like if you want a cloak-fire torpedo, add that code to the torpedo's file.
I tried this and my ship (I used the Venture Class on wich I added the cloak) is still uncloaking when I want to attack. And I added that two lines in the weapon spulse.odf. Then what is wrong?

I have finaly got my copy back running! But my Venture Class with cloak is still decloacking when starting to fire! So what is wrong?

you must use a special weapon file and make a special torpedo and make a button for the torpedo. Then fire that while cloaked.
I'll try that. Besides is their a way to fire multiple weapons (several Phaser beams and thing like that) at the same time using a button?

Almost anything is possinle when modding A2, always remember that, and yes, it should be posible if you link all the weapons to the same button. I am still learning so maybe one of these other guys would be of better help...
