Is it possible to insert your own movies in-between missions? I'd like to add some clips from Mobile Suit Gundam in between the missions for my mod, and a credit-role movie at the end.

You could replace the in-game movies that plays in the cinematic window after a mission objective has been completed.

Anyone know if I can script something into a mission where a full-screen movie plays once I complete all (or even one) mission objective? I know I can replace any of the ones in the lower right-hand corner (the Mission Monitor thing), but what about those live-rendered movies that play at the beginning and end of missions?

You can edit them using the map editor. Bascially there are paths and camera's on the map for each intro cinematic.

Aha... What map editor will allow me to do that, and where can I get it? The one that came with my game doesn't seem to want to work too much...

Check the Map Tutorial here

You just need to edit the map name to the mission you want to edit. Just like editing a normal map. The hard part is figuring out what all the paths are and moving/altering them.
