OK, considering AzH's idea about it, I decided to make the maps of the maps to help the new player to figure them out.
Here's the Town, I'll add some next time.
Ho, and don't whine about me sucking at drawing, I know it.
[edit]Crap, I thought I could resize this pic but I failed. Can someone give me a hint?[/edit]
that's actually very useful, Biggus. yesterday i ran through the map with Iggy and seeing it like that really helps me to make sense of the tour i was given.
very useful and resize by opening in paint and going to image >>>> stretch/skew :)

with BD's map naming all the bldgs, now you have an idea where your teammates are when you look at their location. also, go into spec mode, go as high as you can above the town, and the map will have a better perspective for you. good job BD
WOW, that is an amazingly good idea! How'd we go three years without anyone doing this.... Engineer that I am I thought of doing screen shots from above and merging all the pictures together. Then I start to think more and more complex ways of drawing doing multiple stories. Then how would you put symbols for the goals in there with out getting them all confused with the roof tiles since they really are screen shots. I never thought about just grabbing a pen and paper... It's no wonder they call it a curse...
Oh the thought was there BIGGUS :nodding: I can make mud maps .. need 1 stick then scratch lines were to go  thats about my maping skills:naughty: Ian :uhm:
Would overhead shots like this work? So you can just use Paint to add text...
i couldn't get that high when i tried...
that'd be good iggy, maby number the buildings, and have a legend beneath; have an icon for the gold and gat right on the map; also have B.S. #1 (bandit spawn #1) etc right on the map; and where to take the gold...
bravo lad!
Iggy got that high - cuz he used devmap - LOL and turned off Clipping - if you dont know what im talking about LOL good - but yea iggy thats a definite good way to do it -- Snapshots of the above map - and have someone edit it in Paint or Photoshop
