Inside? Whoops - I didn't try that! I jumped out early, jumped back on the cow catcher and then tried my experiments. Dang that would be a problem wouldn't it? LOL

Gringo StarrThanks Preach! Good idea about the triggers, but it wouldn't solve the issue inside the train. Also, a trigger can't be a script_mover, so it couldn't follow the train. :(

You mean like Trigger the horse???

No, Trigger got mounted. Insert your own definition of mounted here.

Hey, then I did get Triggers to move! You just got to set the "Tag" property to the name of your script mover to which you are attaching. Simple! (Actually, that might work for both kinds of triggers! With this engine's documentation, you never know till you try it!)

Wow! I never thought of using the tag on a trigger. That could be really, really useful. Unfortunately, with the scenario Preacher laid out, you'd have to also tag the info_notnull?, as well as the trigger. I don't know if that would work. With any feature, you never know till you try it :). Which documentation are you speaking of though? I'd like to read it! ;) lol

Yeah, if you didn't move the null, you'd step off the train and be whipped back by half a mile! :D

gringo heres a though, if you can attach the triggers so that they are just off the floor, and sides of the train? (or inside train could the trigger point be an area?) this might solve the various phisics problems inside if everything is pushed allong at the same speed as the car (or have the car's speed added to the objects current speed in case of thrown objects)

I do believe that preacher's gone and opened up a pandora's box of exparamentation :D

Although a good idea it would still be impossible. Trust me. You simply couldn't make it fluid. It would be easier for Hewster to write a physics engine from scratch! :)
