HewsterAzH your results show: 1408 Kbits/sec down 241 Kbits/sec up Try the UK version, and see if it is better :)

using the UK test (which i'll try at work tomorrow just out of interest):

1435 Kbps 244 Kbps

so the U.S. test was pretty accurate.

Hello Capt Queeg Yes it has been a while, I had no internet connection for a month and had high pings for two weeks before that (ISP trouble) it seemed like 6 months, The avatar was {-IGI-}WalkingDeads, I've had a couple of games but am playing like an old lady, I point the gun fire and hit the wall the die, Oh well more practice. T.T.F.N. Chalky [EDITEDBY="Q"]Yeah that's right! It was named wd.jpg. I couldn't remember it though. I transferred it for him from the IGI forum.[/EDITEDBY]

Its advertised as ADSL... dunno if that is different from plain old DSL.. anyone ? interesting that your download is sooo much bigger to the UK :/ Hewster

@Hew - Yeah, ADSL is AsychronousDSL, as in you do not get full bandwidth for upload and download. Only people with $ and businesses get true DSL - but when most people say "I have DSL" they mean they have ADSL, so it gets kinda confusing. OK, for me I am: Preacher Washington DC area, USA 5553 down / 2604 up Giggle: attachment.php?attachmentid=24290&stc=1 Oh, you didn't mean from work?? Sorry, I'll run it again when I get home. :D

You dog! you had me going there ! I remember your call to the dsl company where they said "Do you want to have a faster connection?" At work I have 620 / 1087 Yes those numbers are in the correct order. I don't exactly have an exclusive connection to our T1.
