I'd kick that father in the nuts. What a douchebag leading by poor example...

You got to admit, that is a cool skill. I wish I could do that.

Pfft, she's using her eyes.

How is that being a bad example?

You find absolutley nothing wrong with the fact that an eleven year old girl Can dis and reassemble an automatic rifle faster than most? it's sick.

1 in 10 in armed conflict are child soldiers and those of us privelidged enough to live in the first world don't see it as much...and it should be like that everywhere...don't give your fucking kids guns...

Does it look like she's an 11 year old Nigerian with an AK? No.

When this girl comes across a firearm in the future, she will know how to properly clear and make the weapon safe. I'd much rather have this girl come across a gun than one who has only seen them in videogames and movies.

I started shooting when I was five years old, with air rifles and a .22. Generations of Americans grew up like that, it's only in the years since Vietnam that that has changed. Compare the amount of gun accidents between now, and pre-Vietnam when almost all Americans knew how to handle a firearm.

Her father is setting a bad example by letting her do that, and possibly forcing her.

Why does an 11 year old have the spare time to learn how to acquire this 'skill'? Shouldn't she be out playing with friends instead of playing with dad's assault rifle?

Its about as wholesome and family-friendly an activity for a child as cheap drink night at a shady biker bar.

That is funny. That is also really true! Children have no right to be playing with such a dangerous weapon.
