i have an un opened tamiya german halftrack model that im thinking about selling because i really dont think im going to end up building it, ive had it for awhile. i found a picture online of it
it is 1/35 scale and if i do sell it, it will probably be around $20(i paid in the 30's for it.im not sure of the exact number but i know it was 30 something)
im not 100% sure though that i do want to sell it, im just seeing if anyone thinks they would be interested or is this just a stupid idea?
i live on the east coast of the U.S. and if i do decide to sell it, ill post actual pictures of the box if anyone wants them
I’m sure someone will be interested (modeler myself), but your thread will probably be moved, not sure if it will stay here, so keep an eye on it.
I think I'd be more interested in Mary Jane in your avatar :)
What do they specify the "difficulty level" as? (of the model, not the woman)

That one right there is going to be pretty low end. Tamiya usually says "If under ten years of age, modeling skills recommended." They are gonna be pretty easy to build. Making them look good? That is an entirely different sotry. I've been building models for a couple ofyears, and allthough my model kits can look pretty good now, they are no where near competition levels or anything like that.

professional grade airbrush can improve that (if you don't have one) and lots of patience. It took almost 12 years for mine to start being on par with competition ones. It's nice to have blue ribbons for a change instead of whites and/or none at all - I primarily do Star Trek models but on occassion do military and space themed kits.

yea afterburner is right. its pretty much for 10 and up i lied about it being unopened.i guess i opened it in the past to see what paints i needed and stuff
Personally I would just keep it. $20 isn't all that much and you could probably just give it to someone you know as a little gift. Sell it if you have to though.

A scale model. You know, like model planes? Little models you put together and paint?
