I'd quit, but give some reason like your dog died and you need a change of scenery or something.

The longer you stay, the more she could possibly hold over you. Some day she might want to get back at you and call that day you had rape.

If I were you I'd distance myself from her, greatly.

You have to decide what is important. You said it was a part time job so Im assuming it is not something you want to do for the rest of your life and may be easily replaced?

If you think there may be something more with this girl and she is more important than the job, it may be that she is avoiding you because of the situation and leaving the job will open up the possibility of a relationship.

If it is just a booty call situation, then meh move on, find a new woman!

If you want to continue the relationship with the girl then you need to quit. She's acting awkwardly because it's impossible to be a good boss while in a romantic/sexual relationship with one of your workers.
