1.a) Age: 23 * b) Name: Paul Carr c) Country: United States d) Education: High-school or upper secondary e) Marital Status: Engaged f) Internet connection: Cable g) family/personal background: middle class 2. a) How many hours are you online/at the computer per week? Well that depends if work counts. At Work 40 to 50 hours, at home 20 to 25, total 60 to 75 hours per week (Hmmm . . . . . it looks so much worse when you right it out) b) What is the primary role of the internet in your life? For studying or work c) Do you think online activity is a good way to relax? Yes d) Do you feel that the internet has interfered with your "real-life" relationships / work or studies? No 3. a) Do you play computer games? Yes a) What type of games do you prefer? Single Player / 1st person shooter / Strategy / Other (I like good games and they fall over several genres, it is a pretty even spread and depends greatly on my mood) b) Do you prefer team games or solo-orientated games? Teamplay / Solo (I like both types and once again it depends mostly on my mood) c) Have you played in a community, EG a clan? No d) Have you played competitively, either amateur or professional? (EG. played in a league / clanwar) No e) Who do you prefer playing with? real-life friends

4. a) Are online relationships important to you? Yes b) Have you had any difficulties in prioritizing online activity with real life? Previously but not anymore c) Do you feel that online activity is good for you? Not good or bad d) Do you think you/your life has changed due to online activities? Hasn't changed (this is a hard question, I would say it has changed in content but not in quality) * f) Looking at c and d... Why do you think so? It is just an activitymuch like anything else, I used to read a lot more books now I get a lot of my information from web sources. I am in worse physical shape then I was but then again I was also younger and in sports in school, now I am working and so unless my job was more physical I probably would be about the same. I would also say that it is better then flopping down in front of the TV every night (I basically never watch TV anymore . . . maybe once every four months) * 5. Other comments / feedback: Another interesting question might be about employment/school, if currently employed/student, what is your job type/what are you studying in school. I am currently employed by TAC Worldwide, contracted to Wells Fargo Bank, as a technical inventory control specialist at their Minnesota data center.

Also when you get the results . . . post them here so we can check them out
