Hi,

We Now Need Some More Admins And Mods Due To The Expansion Of The Site And Other Areas.

To Become A Admin Or Mod You Will Need To Visit The Recruitment Page And Then Make Ten Posts.

There Is Also a Affiliate Scheme That can Earn Your More Reputation With The Current Admins So We Recommend You Give That a Go.

Thanks Administration

You Do Not Need To Begin Every Word With A Capital Letter.

I'm sure you can manage the insane amount of 252 posts with the current 5 admins, unless you're lazy :Puzzled:

I was thinking about closing this as advertisement spam, but I think I raised my community well enough that I don't need to worry.

FYI, as one "Admin" to another, having a system setup that you give authority rights to your community rather than try to encourage discussion will never work. Also, you're encouraging a 'kiss-ass' system? Heh, good luck.

Not interested, sorry. But I do have one tip, in regards to your rules.

Never, ever mention "if you do this, you get this ban.", "if you do that, you'll get a perma ban", etcetera. Not only it'll make visitors feel unwelcome and leaves a bad impression, but it's also pretty much, for 99% of the people, common sense that the more severe action they have performed, the more severe the punishment will be.

I See What Your saying, but i didn't write the rules, i wasn't involved in that ( I'm the admin with all the server and coding knowledge) but i agree with you, it is treating people like they are stupid. Would File Front Forums And The Other File Front Sites be interested in a banner exchange?

I Love How You Randomly Capitalise Letters, but not the right ones, "I" should always be a capital.

Your forum is too small to need any admins or mods. Your method of promotion simply isn't going to work. You need to go back to the drawing board.

Interesting. Dyslexia is a reading problem, I appreciate people suffer from it and it has an effect on writing, but I swear I've never seen someone who's dyslexic struggle with their capitals before.

The best method of promotion would be to build your community slowly by encouraging people interested in a subject matter to come discuss that subject matter.

Basically the forum needs a reason to exist, and that community should come naturally, generally if there's a website to direct traffic to the forum. For example, FileFront's forums gets it's footfall from it's network sites and the news site.

But trying to get people to post for power or rewards does not a community make. It just ends in disaster.
