I have some kind of stomach bug, I think. I'm aching like a bitch, I have a temperature, my gut is rotten, I've thrown up twice and I'm visiting the toilet every ten or so minutes in order to piss murky-brown water out my a-hole. It's not a great state of affairs and I just want to get better.

To that end, here I am not only telling you about my ass-piss, but also asking what your worst ailment ever was. Gimme it in detail.

The worst I can recall offhand was a bad case of flu I had about 3 years ago. For six fucking weeks I turned into this snot-nosed, muted, irritable bastard whose throat felt like it was being torn apart with a hedge trimmer every time I spoke. Not pleasant.

Other than that, the time I impaled my foot on a metal spike. The pain itself wasn't so bad, for a while I just lost all feeling in my left foot. No, it was the anti-infection medications I had to take afterwards that really did it - they were bloody laxatives! By the time I'd hobbled out of bed to get to the can (which took about 5 minutes unassisted, with me cursing every left step of the way), finished, and hobbled back I'd find myself needing to go again...

Well, does alcohol induced illness count? That was probably my worst "sickness" ever.

I haven't been sick naturally like that in forever (knock on wood), but the last time was at least a week or two of peeing out my ass and hurling habitually. Nothing like having a scorched anus and breathing pains from puking so much.

Been there done that and did not enjoy the experience. I do not envy the experience you are having and you have my greatest sympathies.

The only thing worse than turbo diarrea is that smell that comes with the diarreah when your deathly ill that leaves no doubt that you are sick.

Worst case I have ever had was after eating Kentucky Fried Chicken. My mom bought dinner there and even though I am not too fond of fried chicken I ate it.

A few hours later I got so sick that I was doubled over with abdominal cramps and a stomach ache so bad I had tears in my eyes. Got the projectile vomiting and turbo diarrea and then got so weak and trembling could barely make it to the toilet.

Also got deathly cold and even though it was fall and the room was warm I could not get warm no matter how many blankets I had on.

Finally the diarrea stabilized probably more to the fact that I was so dehydrated. Then you have the dry heat fever where you cant sweat because your dehydrated so you feel like your going to burn up alive so you drink liquids which starts the whole diarrea fun again.

I found that when Im sick like that I cannot drink water but I can sip on something like Sprite or 7-up.

When Im that ill cannot eat anything and take Ibuprofin for the fever and pepto Bismol for the stomach cramps. Dont take Pepto anymore because it has Aspirin in it and apparently Aspirin and ibuprofin dont play well together and Aspirin irritates my stomach, great when you already feel like your insides are tied up in knots.

I was bedridden like that for IIRC about 4 days and was so ill literally could not move. I now keep a bottle of stomach relief medicine on hand just in case of such events.

Well, the worst I can remember was before starting Secondary School (Highschool). I'm still not sure what did it, but I think it was a McDonald's. Basically I had "Turbo diarrea" for the (and I use this term loosely) better part of three weeks. The only other time doesn't really count, as I can't remember it. I was stuck in an incubator for three months getting stabbed with needles every ten-or-so minutes. Needless to say I don't eat in McDonald's anymore. Subway all the way!

That is, officially, the most information that I didn't want to know - ever.

As I don't get ill, my worst ailment would have to be a broken foot. Well, it was the worst at the time. Although my dislocated shoulder wasn't quite as bad as my foot was, its lasting effects have caused more problems than my broken foot ever did.
