And those are the people specifically trained for handling firearms responsibly.

But to be fair, the cop's side of the story isn't told.

But to be fair, the cop's side of the story is normally more BS then the other sides in cases like these.

It's going to be biased either way but assumptions always come from somewhere.

And his side of the story already sounds like a steaming pile of bullshit. I mean, "two guys tried to car jack me with a gun, I fought them off even though they had a gun, went inside, got my gun, had a gun battle in my front yard and then when I called the police, I was assaulted, held hostage in my own home and they shot my dog." Really? I mean, really?

Neighbor Barbara Wells said, "The dog did not attack anyone. He never approached anyone. Even as the officers grabbed Sterling the dog didn't do anything."

I'm assuming the man wasn't the most calm and collected person to be taking quotes from to adequately hear his side of his story, but the fact of the manner is, are the police going to say, Yeah we fucked up, she shot the dog with no reason, of course not. But in most cases cops get away with this type of shit, and it's a crying shame.

Ah...life in the hood.

A shoot out on the lawn before officers arrived. Numbnut's should be thankful he and his brother were shitty shots. Wonder how this story would have unfolded if one of those stray bullets struck someone, say a kid across the street. Poor dog, cops should have shot all the assholes involved with the shooting and called it a day then perhaps the dog would still be alive.

"...he's snatching your people up trying to rape them so y'all need to hide your kids, hide your wife, hide your kids, hide your wife, hide your kids, hide your wife. And hide your husband 'cause they're raping everybody out here."

Probably the same neighborhood.
