Which is the correct aposthrophe? IS it ` or '
Whichever you feel like using. So long as it's not a &, and it's in the right place...
It's this one: '. The other one is for making accents in (for example) French.
*Sighs*
It really does not matter. To see someone attempting to use proper grammar and spelling is enough. Either can be used as the use of the apostrophe is a lost art.
' is an apostrophe
The superscript sign ( ' ) used to indicate the omission of a letter or letters from a word, the possessive case, or the plurals of numbers, letters, and abbreviations.
the ` I can't find a definition of.
:agreed Exactly. But like Matt said, make sure it is in the right place in your sentence.
ahem
I am Matt, he is Mr.Matt :)
Yeah, show me some respect dammit :p
I am Matt as well!
Perhaps we should create a new usergroup....
We already have an empire and a Matt-only utopia, what more do you frickin' want?
