I have a working prototype....here are the specs:
8Phaser banks and 2AFT Ventral strip phaser banks and one forward Phased Poleron Beam(1200damage) 6 Torpedo launchers 300 of my new Starburst Torpedos(EMP torps..still working on these) and 60 Quantum Main Shield Matrix Secondary Shield Matrix Shield Generator Central Shield Secondary Sensor Array Ablative Armor Armored Bio Plating Battle Bridge(looking for a way to send bridge crew here when main bridge is destroyed) Cube Armor Bio Skin Warp Pod Warp Core Bio Plant Secondary Port Impulse Secondary Impulse Secondary Star Impulse Center Impulse Secondary Port Warp Secondary Star Warp and a special.....a Cloaking Device....I might get a Phase Cloak working to put on this ship instead and this ship will look like a Fed Sov with Parts of bio matter and Borg tech all over the hull..ETC...I havent started on the hull ..I just kind of finished a systems test against 5 Hybrid Cardies and had minimal damage..they were on hard AI level.Ill have pics soon

Seems ok. But why the 3 shield generators? Why 3 types of armour. If its a borg ship, there would be no need for a bridge. There are two types of power sources, which isnt needed. You have listed 4 impulse engines. Why? Soverigns only have 2, and i doubt that the borg would add more. There are alot of systems that you added that are a bit pointless. If i was you, i`d rethink some of the stuff that you`ve added. Not to say that its a bad idea, but some of the things are a little far fetched/unrealistic. Plus multiple systems of the same types usually dont work unless you are very good at modding. Just my opinion.
Well the shield system is different than normal....The Main Shield Matrix controls the front, rear, left and right shields. The secondary Shield Matrix is the backup for the Main shield matrix.. The Shield Generator controls the top and bottom shields. The Central Shield is the backup for the Shield Generator. and its not a borg ship its still a Fed ship but its borg and species 8472 enhanced tech on and in it...its designed for extreme combat with the borg and dominion,,so the bridge is needed... The added 4 armor plates are positioned in specific weak spots on the hull and are only 5000 per and they are set to go before the main hull goes so when those plates are destroyed they wont blow the ship up.. The warp core is the main power...the Bio Plant is plugged into the batteries...its designed to take over when the main core is destroyed...the ship will not blow when the core is destroyed unless the Bio plant is destroyed. and the extra Impulse was a hard decision...because I know its not sposed to have a center impulse i was having problems accuratly firing the torpedos and Im not changing the torp speed they are already at 100..so there ya go the scoop on why things are the way they are on this new ship...and its not a God ship it can be destroyed...a cube and a DominionBC and a klingonBC can give it hell by themselves...the stock ships in the game will have trouble with it though
Some well justified points there. But i get the impression that you are not an experianced modder.
Some of the things that you have suggested doing, such as the WC not exploding unless the bioplant is destroyed, is near impossible. As for the different shielding grids, that will be near impossible to do as well. And the backup one will not work as a backup, as you intended. For the armour. You will be able to have one piece of armour that damages before the hull, but not multiple sections/systems. For that single piece of armour, you will need the ATP, and the ATP doesnt support more than one piece of armour.
So, as i said before, i`d rethink what you`d want this ship to have.
