 I have no idea either  Sorry!
It's in the sdk. (both versions, as far as I know.)
send an e-mail to email@example.com asking for it and you'll get the 560k zip of the exporter in return.
where abouts in the skd is it, i downloaded the one of bc files and im not sure where about its there it is. also what do i do with them once i have found them?
I know this was somewhat of a delayed post, but at least I'm still replying. :P In the SDK, there is an exporter .dlu file, but it does not work in 3dsmax 4.2. It will tell you that it failed to load the plugin. There has to be some other plugin that does work.
I'm going to do a test. I'm installing 3dsmax 4.0 and trying the exporter file on that. I'll post whether it does or doesn't work.
==== Test Results ==== Failed. The exporter file does NOT work on 3dsmax 4.0. I don't know if these modders are using the same file or not, but it has to be on an earlier version of 3dsmax. Something could also be wrong with mine, but I'm pretty sure that's not the case. :assimilate:
well if doesnt work then how on earth did everyone else make mods?
Well, as I said, it could work on earlier versions, and it turns out that it does. I've been told that it works on 3dsmax 3.1. It could be 3.0, I'm not sure. (Figures, the one I have doesn't work with whatever is available)
well is there someone who can fix it or it there another way to convert them?
