Or it are just people who think you shouldn't be speeding in the first place (which you shouldn't, speed limitations are there for a reasons: safty, having a constant speed to make traffic flow better and nvorimental issues etc.).

I personally would preffer to track your avarage speed though always and everywhere might be a bit too much, just checking on all highways with the use of installations along the road. There is no need to speed.

MihailActually, it's been proven that it's safer then most US highways, in terms of deaths and accidents.

I seriousley doubt that. I have lived in the States, and I been to Germany hundreds of times if not thousands of times:uhm: And to compare the American traffic with the German or European traffic in general is not even the same ballpark, it's not even the same sport. American traffic is IMO way more slower, your speeding limits are quite low, compared to most European countries. Plus that you have the special Highway patrol units...Try to find one of those on a German autobahn:smokin:

No offence but unless you share the passion for speed and motoring you will never understand. Really, no matter what we say you just will never get it or share it with us. Not that there is anything wrong with it, you just enjoy other factors of life.

I get a rush just smelling raw gasoline. Flying through the twisties and controlling the car is almost as good as good sex. Accelerating from 0 - 120 feels so damn good. Yes I can do it on the tracks, and I do but there is the times when nobody is on the road and you just want to nail it. As long as you're not in traffic playing fast and furious idiot moves.

Well I do understand why it is exciting for some (I can't say I'm totally unaffected. But there are always dangers involved with speeding (more dangers that is since there are always potential dangers out there). You can't be 100% sure that the road is totally clear, you might have overlooked sometihng, that car/truck on the horizon might be closer to you thn you think, other cars, people, animals, objects,. ... might suddenlypop up infront of you, you might lose control and crash injuring or killing other people then yourself.

As you know too many people speed when it clearly is too dangrous to do so. If you would be on a totally empty (high)way and the chanches that any potential crash would lead you to injure or kill other people would be (as good as) zero then go ahad and speed. If you kill youself that would be a shame but you "asked" for it. However I rather take no risks and I wouldn't trust most people to know when to speed and when not to speed/ If humans never made any errors then it would be fine to speed I supose (we wouldn't even need speed limits since people whould estimate the speed to drive and estimate it correctly).

Roads are build so people can move around "A-B", not to get a kick outta driving fast over them. Most people find driving fast cool, but its not safe at all.. No, not even at night, hitting some-one might be less likely, but it is still irresponsible, to the public, and yourself.

Cool??? I don't get that. What do you mean with cool? I don't have any car anymore, since its to expensive, but when I did have one, I wasn't driving fast because it was cool, but due to the fact that I got faster between the locations A and B. Even though you perhaps only win a minute or so in time, it still feels better to drive fast. And also one other thing why I drive fast when I'm driving, and that is the fact that driving a car is SO f'ing boring, so the less time I have to spend my time driving, the better.

Well, some people think it is cool, like Beef. Then there is people like you.

Dont get me wrong, i understand your motivation, but, you *are* breaking one of the perfectly sensible laws by speeding, and putting yourself and others in unneccesairy danger.
