I'm not working right now (hopefully will during the summer though), but when finished with my studies in the distant future I'd like a job that would fit the education. I'd sure feel pretty stupid ending up selling hamburgers at McDonalds after at least five years of computer engineering at university and a MSc degree...

Emir Al-Azizhow many here has done pure maths? stuff like Binomial expansion,AP/GP,Coordinate geometry? well its ruining my life in 9th grade.

I don't know what AP/GP is, but binomial expansion and coordinate geometry sound familiar, although I really don't know mathematical terms in other languages than Swedish. If you have them in 9th grade I suppose I wouldn't be too wrong guessing I have had those, 12 years of high-school (with extended mathematics) and three courses of engineering maths at university include most maths you'll never need, unless you are a mathematician. The fourth and last mandatory course should have the rest. :p Don't think it ruins your life, maths is fun (except the tests) and could be useful later in life. At least you can enjoy calculating optimal packages at your sparetime, or test your hypothesis about a variable value of a product. :D

Just quit the military about 6 months ago and am looking for a job as an Electronics Technician. My ideal job would be a programmer for a game company like EI or Ubisoft, but I need a C++ course. I only have C, Assembly, and Basic. Always wanted a career where I could write programs for a living.

Dunno for sure, but I'm majoring in cybersecurity, so hopefully either a government job or something in the private sector doing something (hell, I'm not even too sure what I'm going to be studying), but it should be something with computars. I think.

Are you going to school at Penn State? I am curious since your location is University Park, PA. My uncle works for Penn State in the communications department. I am going to go to penn state bever for all my minor things then hopefully get onto the main campus for my major.

Mr. MattI wanted to get into Egyptology, but at the same time I didn't want to be in debt by £30,000+ by the time I finished studying at university and I became disillusioned with institutionalised education, so now I just want whichever job is easiest and pays well at the same time. The fact that I'm posting on an internet forum whilst at work and just about to get a rather large pay rise is a testament to the fact that I have already achieved my secondary dream job.

I've heard about the gigantic sum you have to pay in England to go to college... Too bad, it would've been an interesting career.

History for me... And hopefully a job where I can actually do some research, since I don't want to teach. So if I can't, I'll go study Physics or something.

Im currently in a Police Academy at a local college. Not sure what I want to do but we all start out on patrol. Maybe do SWAT(which I heard is alot of waiting and sweating in combat gear) or work with violent crimes or narcotics. I also right now work at a crap job at a grocery store to save up since cops dont make alot of money which when a department hires me + I graduate ill do a backflip out of there.
