Ok I just bought a Nokia cellphone from the 7 Eleven SpeakOut Wireless thing and I want to buy a ringtone from muchmusic.com but I have to sign up to do so. When I fill out all the info to create a profile it then asks for the company I am with (ex: Telus, Rogers Wireless, etc.) but I don't know what company I am with since I have pay-as-you-go. So what do I do? (I didn't know where to post this so feel free to move where ever is apropriate)
put that down and see that happens....or just pick one
the 7 eleven thing isnt an option. and I did just try selecting randomly plenty of times and your suppose to receive a text message with a code...but no txt....
Well i would go over to the techy part of the forum then.
Why not make your own? There are some programs out there like Audacity, where you can cut an MP3 to exactly what you want, string multiple songs together, and export as multiple formats (OGG, MP3, WAV), then all you need is a SD card for your phone, and a larger card for the SD card to use in your computer.
Thats what I do anyway...
look at your sim card. and doesn't it display on your display? The company I mean.
no my sim cards just white with some code numbers on it...and my recording on my phone SUCKS anyone kno any other good ringtone download sites?
Nope, like I said I make my own. They come out much better and don't cost anything.

3gforfree.com has some pretty decent tones on there. I would still be using that site for my ring tones but their not compatible with my PDA phone. I'll just stick with mp3's from now on.
