Rihanna/Chris Brown -- No Weapon - TMZ.com

Law enforcement sources tell us even though the police report in the Chris Brown arrest refers to assault with a deadly weapon, there was no weapon involved in the alleged attack.

The police report cites Penal Code Section 245 -- Assault with a Deadly Weapon. However, we're told there was no weapon involved.

We had been hearing there was an umbrella in the car -- which would have been the most ironic thing ever -- but again... no weapon is alleged. By the way, a persons foot or other body part can be considered a deadly weapon depending on the circumstances.

One law enforcement source who has been dead-on so far claims Rihanna suffered contusions and bite marks.

Hilarious. Beat your uber famous girlfriend the night before the grammys.

I think it would be the most ironic thing ever for her to get beat with an umbrella.

I wonder if she will have to go to rehab now.

Perhaps they were in Disturbia.

I heard about this on the radio on my way to the University. What a great way to wreck the rep you have. (Well, some might see it as a good rep, but you know what I mean).

The Grammys have just lost even more of their reputation, if they still had any.

I never gave a damn about award shows in the first place. The only award show I would probably ever watch would be Spike's VGA (Video Game Awards).

Even those aren't that great :/ They're mostly based around the hyped up games.

Celebrity obsession. Is there anything more depressing?

Chronic masturbation is healthy. Gossiping over some talentless schmuck is beyond pathetic...

I just read that chronic masturbation may lead to testicular cancer.

But as for Chris Brown, I really don't know anything about him, but beating your celebrity girlfriend right before the Grammy's when both of you are set to preform shows just why we give these intellectual and moral pillars of the community our attention and money.
