Any personal experience with Creatine Monohydrate?

Can you give any tips(usage, routines ect)?

If you don't know what I'm talking about and your over 16. I think you should look into it. Trust me, its the way forward...

Is this some kind of body builing crap that you eat or drink to make you strong?

I will pass, I have more than enough heavy stuff in the world that needs moved at some time. What kind of girl wants a BF with muscles that he gets from taking some drug?

It is a body-building steroid type of thing, but its supposedly safe to use for short-term at least.

What is this anyways?

lol if its drugs, ill pass thanks :D

If not, what is it and whatever it does, does it ACTUALLY WORK?

If its steriods then its kinda stupid isnt it because its illegal, and you cannont get muscles and maintain them with reguallar use of the drug can you?

I'd never consider taking any type of drug to boost my muscle mass. I prefer the good old way of working toward something. Much more rewarding in the end.

Emir Al-Azizwhat is creatine monohydrate?
Creatine is a compound naturally produced in our body to supply energy to our muscles.

Discovered in 1832 by a french scientist who named it creatine, after the Greek word for flesh
If not, what is it and whatever it does, does it ACTUALLY WORK?

That's the big question, and the point to this thread...

I use Creatine :). It's not a steriod or something like that, it justs helps to supply energy to muscle cells.

[EDIT]

Sparks beat me to it.

I've been using it for a while (got 1kg for free) but I can't really comment on if it helps or not because I don't know how strong I'd be if I didn't use it :p. But if you're working out I can't see a reason not to use it.
