I used them last year, and they did a good job of whitening. They do taste awkward, though, and they leave your teeth and gums really temperature-sensitive.

Crest Whitestrips are not meant to come into contact with your tongue. The reason they cause sensitivity is that they remove the first (stained) layer of your teeth. After you're done whitening your teeth, you should probably use some flouride mouthwash or something.
Yeah, I used some mouthwash when I was done, nasty taste.
I'm interested to see how well they work though.

I've never used them myself, but I'm interested in trying them. Do they actually work well besides tasting like minty ass?
