Right now I am going through a tough time, I have too much on my shoulders and it is stressing me out to the point were it is making me ill. Sometimes I get angry for no reason and this is starting to worry me, I very rarely get angry enough to think about punching something or going all screamo over something small.

I would see a psychiatrist but that means I would have to see one via my doctor and the waiting list is over 6 months. I am trying to work things out at Sixth Form right now and this is only making matters worse, already today they have sent me raging because of their own incompetence.

Right now I can only let my stress go when I listen to music and I can't do that 24/7. I need help. :(

It may sound cliche but have you tried various releaxing activities? Ranging from an afternoon away to a week or more (such as a holiday)? Got any hobbies to occupy yourself with? Hanging out with relatives such as friends, direct family or others?

Are there some things that you can drop/ignore for now? I tend to find eliminating tasks one at a time can help, rather than having lots of things on the go at a time.

I can't just take time off at the moment and I do try to do other things to take my mind of it. I like to draw and play guitar and such but it dosnt really help in the long term.

I would love to just stop doing certain things so I could catch up on my coursework but at the moment thats not really and option. I have to much to do between 6th form and work.

Could you provide more details, please? What exactly do you do that is taking so much of your time and putting so much stress on you?

1. How old are you? 2. Are you in a relationship? 3. What do you think is the cause of your stress?

Smoke weed.

inb4 trolling, I am completely serious. Obviously you shouldn't go overboard with it, but lighting up once in a while can really help you stay chill. My previous year at university was very stressful, thanks to a very tough selection of classes, a shitty dead-end job and some personal issues with my family. A couple times a week, it was very nice to just pack a bowl and stop worrying about petty bullshit.

Wait, you thought there was a chance Zamamee didn't? =p

Can you find anything to turn off your mind for a while, like a vidjamagame that isn't hell-of-annoying?

If you don't have an addictive personality try taking up smoking, assuming you don't already smoke. Alcohol may also be good, although individuals responses to it are very hit and miss, I recommend a nice scotch.

Other than that exercise more and have a good wank every so often.
