I only drink socially, and most of the time only when other people buy me beer. :p
I'll have some drinks when alone, but I've never gotten sloshed alone. I suppose one doesn't feel alone when online with other people, but technically one is. Just imagine the neighbours looking in your window saying to each other: 'Yeah, there's that freak playing on his computer and getting drunk again." :)
When in doubt, gas it!
I'm alsways with friends when I drink.:p
I normally drink with friends, you know have a laugh with a good cold beer. But when I'm at home and I feel like having a beer, I just take one or two. Sitting back relaxed watching a movie or listening to music.. I don't know what it is, but having a beer with a good movie or music makes it taste better :)
Before going to university I would only go out once a week so would only drink once already in town with my friends. At uni I usually go out 2/3 or 4 times a week which I cant afford to do if I just bought drinks in a pub/club so I buy alcohol from a supermarket and drink a bit and listen to music on my own before going out. I dont ever drink if I have no intention of going out tho.
I usually only drink with friends when I am out, I rarely drink alone and if I do it will be like 1 beer or something, nothing to outragous :P
usually i never drink alone... but sometimes that's the only cool drink in my fridge when i come home... and i'm too lazy to drink something else, cooling it using ice cubes...
Mostly when I drink, is the weekends.. for instance an hour ago haha. OSU vs. Michigan.. yeah u can guess big party. So that concludes this post as me saying I drink socially. :nodding:
Wanna go Double Dutch?

Almost never sometimes I drink a glass of rum and coke in the evening behind my computer (one, two or three) but that is it. Drinking is more fun with some people around, chat a bit etc.
Good stuff.. but not much feedback on the questions in my post.1.)Is chating(rooms or forums), online games, or any orher sort of connection/communication considered being alone? 2.)Could you call it social!?
