I think this is a nice quest(at least I think is it).Downloading a large file while playing some game compromises both things or is possible to do this?
Yes i do believe it'll compromise both things but ofcourse it's possible. For optimal performance don't use the same networkconnection for the game and the download and don't use the same harddrive for both either. Why waste time asking about it in a forum instead of just trying it out? That way you'll know for sure if your equipment can handle it.
Err if I understand the question correctly, (next time, try to be a little more clear), it is possible to download large files and play games without compromising both if you have a decent computer and if the game isn’t using the internet. I believe downloading will take priority and may use most of your bandwidth, so online gaming may be a problem.
Come on, it depends on the game and the connection speed. On comcast I could do anything at once, but on DSL I do have to watch for people trying to cut off my nuts for lagging games whenever I download music. Not that the lag is a serious problem, it just does have a noticable effect.

It'll make online gaming laggy, but it CAN be done.
but if the game is not on-line?no problems?
I never had any, but my comp is teh roxxorz. Well, actually it sucks by most peoples standards, but I've got low ones :)
Sgt.kar98but if the game is not on-line?no problems?
As long as your computer can run the game(s) well in the first place, i shouldn't think there would be any problems.
I would die without GF

It is quite possible, but I never like to compromise my games' performances with simultaneous downloads.
