http://www.kiddofspeed.com/default.html I found the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. about a week later. I would love to go exploring there, too bad it isn't all that safe to get off the pavement. :( [edit] Fixed Link[/Edit]

That's funny, it was working a couple of hours ago. Guess she must have had to move it or something after so many people have heard of the new game and want to do research on Chernobyl. Sorry. =/

Wow, thats kinda creepy, one totally deserted city. I would like to go there and play paintball or have a real shootout in the abandonned city if there weren't radiation.

I know someone who's family is from in or around Chernobyl, he was born after the meltdown and he only had one set of teeth, kinda odd, but interesting.

Yay for meltdowns. :\

On a related note, I can't wait to play S.T.A.L.K.E.R. I'm more interested in it than HL2 or Doom3.

Yes, it incorporates the themes from both games, with a lot of area to explore! May think I am crazy, but I have spent days on end just exploring maps, usually on Operation Flashpoint.

Oh yeah, real time weather and day cycles are the best...
