My internet is too bad to view Youtube. Why don't you try posting some thoughts on the subject, perhaps start a discussion?
That is a good idea, I should try that more often.
It is called Emotional Freedom Technique
I don't know alot about it . I think that certain parts on the body carry vibrations . Like your chest, and spots on your face, I think what it does is vibrate your body , and in effect it massages your body. You tap certain body spots for a vibration, and I think it acts like a massage to those certain areas .
Sort of like the back vibrate tool the barber shop uses . Only this is a more self intimate massage, their for psychologically it is a more consoling and self rewarding therapy .
I think its basically loosening up your emotions, and muscles . It is meant to relieve tension by feeling vibrations throughout the body.
That is all I know. I think it might also get the blood moving under certain parts of the skin, over all making you generally feeling better. Blood pumps to the heart, and it releases....stuff ....in your body.
Its a physical, mental therapy, that some how works for some people.
I think its the act of making your emotions physical, having a sense of being able to feel them physically gives them a tangible sense, or the sense that you can control what you are feeling . When you feel vibrancy through out your body I believe that as a physical act you feel in control to summon, and face your pain.
Here are some videos

(Im horrible at this explaining, communication stuff, I think I'll practice making more threads, until I can do a descent job)
Tripe. It's an expensive placebo treatment.

I don't see anything expensive about copying what's done on a YouTube video. Even if it is a placebo, if it makes you feel better then isn't that the point regardless of whether it actually does anything to you?
