Hey, I've got to do some research on extreme sports for English (nope, not sure myself) and I wondered if you had anything interesting to tell or if you have a view on this.

I love extreme sports. The danger and difficulty often involved with most extreme sports are great sources of adrenaline rushes.

I remember a few years back when I went on a trip to Switzerland with my school year. We did a lot of snow sports including skiing and snowboarding - both of which are considered as extreme sports now I believe. I remember having to do a few tricks with the snowboard, which was difficult at first. We also went rock climbing and abseiling which was incredibly intense, especially since the mountain ranges in Switzerland are amazingly high.

I also like a bit of mountain-biking now and again and am hoping to do some when I'm recovered enough from my accident. I wouldn't mind doing bungee-jumping too, which I hear is a lot of fun, not to mention the adrenaline rush I imagine you get when attempting it.

I also like Extreme Sports.

I have been Skateboarding for around 5 years now.. though I'm stopping now. But I like the hard and dangerous part. Really exciting. I have also been Snowboarding for around 5-6 years.. Snowboarding is really awesome. During winter I go snowboarding every Wednesday after school with friends and it's like the best day of the week. Anyway.. Extreme Sports are fun :)
