Vincent Van Gogh. One of the (classical-to-new) few painters who I think is very overwhelming. The warmth the man had in his middel period:smokin: He started with painting the very classical way like Rembrandt did. I know it sounds as if im 80 years old, and dont know of anything than a very famous artist. Probably truewinkx.gif . I like Pardee too, now that i know of him. Very groosem, inner hidden things of man. Death and birth, vice versa, very interlinked. Also just cool to look at:D

There's this great Terragen maker by the name of Julio R. Saldana...his work is amazing. I love it, if you don't know who i'm talking about, try wincustomize or skinbase.

One of my favourites has been Angus McBride who used to draw covers for Tolkien's Lord of The Rings Roleplaying game.

most likely, as far as i know he is on almost all of those graphics sites. While i have seen some better works, his is good consistently.
