i hope not.. i mean what happens if you break down? or crash? if you do your chances of surviving will be slim, and if they are not high enouth to do any real damage why bother with it all? lol. I dont see the point in the idea..
no point it would just be fun.
dude, if we have ejection seats now they will have very good ones 60 some years from now. The main cockpit where everyone sits should be all connected and when you eject the whole cockpit comes out. Plus they arent just going to break down, they will be reliable, just like todays planes.

Yes I agree that we have to evole a long way before we can drive in the air so I think that before we fly cars the road will just get higher and higher and more wobbly to simulate flying a car and get people used to it.
