I decided to attempt to stick to a healthy diet for at least a month this year. I've been looking at http://www.edietsuk.co.uk/. It supposedly makes diet plans for you w/ recipes and such. What I don't know is what to shoot for. I wouldn't mind losing my weight but this is mostly to recover from too much partying.

I think the best way to lose weight is to exercise daily and eat at set times with no snacks in between. oh and dont eat too late on at night
daily exercise is the way to go, but it's your choice, and I won't say it was necessarily a "wrong" one ;)
Why no eat at late time? Time of day matters now?!

Dunno if it effects weight, but you should never eat before bedtime
Yeah I heard about that too, something to do with your body not being able to burn it off in the night
So what does that mean?
lol I think all these weightloss schemes are just that - money making schemes. Any average joe can tell that you get fat if you eat too much fatty food and don't excersise - it's simple. I don't need some businessman telling me what I can eat each day. :p Just don't eat McDonald's constantly you'll be fine. :p
Eat less exercise more...... You have never seen a fat african man have you?
