@The diet part

If you have a slow matobolism (unlike me), then exercise and eat less McDonanlds. Then you should be fine.

Not really eat less, just eat more healthy food and the right times. I eat 5 meals a day and exercise 3 days a week.

I think all these weightloss schemes are just that - money making schemes. Any average joe can tell that you get fat if you eat too much fatty food and don't excersise - it's simple. I don't need some businessman telling me what I can eat each day. Just don't eat McDonald's constantly you'll be fine.

There really good meal planing books out there, they are all not scams. Just saying to someone not to eat fast foods is not going to cut it.

Eat less means less food or less fatty foods, it's only common sense if your getting fat from what your eating, don't eat it.

Eat less fatty foods I agree with, but eating less food in general is no good and unhealthy as eating fatty foods. People who starve themselves to lose weight are doing it wrong.

Some people don't have the will power to eat non-fatty food. And theres a likely chance that fat people get fat, because they eat to the point of being completely fool, while it's healthy not to eat to that point. Bloated that is.

Right, because when you stuff yourself the body cannot break it all down and it turns into fat, hence why it is no good to eat before bed. Eat several healthy meals a day, without stuffing yourself. Of course not exercising doesn't help either.

Eatting less of any type of food not nessicarly need to starving yourself, you will lose weight, even if you eat nothing but a high energy-food, fatty food, such as meat.

Never have Diet Coke or anything. That stuff's just nasty and doesn't really help anyway. I would just say that daily excersize and not eating at McDonald's and such will help you out.
