DarkstuareZi suggest non-sugar icecream

I disagree, unless you eat a tub of it every night. My theory is if you are going to eat ice cream, eat the fattest best tasting ice cream you can find, since it is not something most people eat all the time. Good tasting deserts like that should be rewards for eating healthy all week.

I just like the calendar idea because it leaves no room for error. I can't exactly sneak in a burger when the calendar tells me what to eat throughout the day. What kind of diet should I go for though? I know there are several options, guess I could just go for low fat/sodium seems pretty standard to me!

The best advice I can give you if you want to eat heathier is learn how to cook. I cook all the time, and consequently I know how to make dishes that taste great and are healthy too. The problem is most people don't know how to cook, so they don't know what to do with most non-processed, non-fast food.

Another good idea is using more fresh ingredients, especially green vegetables (lettuce doesn't count). Substitute olive oil or vegetable oil for lard, butter, and animal fats. They are healthier for your body. Eating meat is fine, just don't eat all meat all the time. Learn how to use good seasonings. They add a wealth of flavor without adding calories/fat.

.:Mätresse:..:SS:.Yeah I heard about that too, something to do with your body not being able to burn it off in the night

I believe it also can cause constipation...

SarrowWhy no eat at late time? Time of day matters now?!

because you dont use much energy at night when you sleep and if you eat big meals at night most of the food you eat gets converted to fat the biggest meal you should eat is breakfast because its at the start of the day then a smaller meal at lunch and a snack at dinner but i dont follow that i never get breakfast but im not trying to lose weight if anything i need to gain weight

Actually it does..If u have dinner at around 7-8 PM..by the time u go to sleep(at the earliest 10-11),some digestion shud have taken place..whereas if u have large midnight snacks and all,and go back to sleep, proper digestion wont take place and most of it will be converted to fat,

I definately need to learn how to cook better. I'm already doing well in that department though well I'm learning at least! I still need alot of recipes so I will go with that calendar. If they aren't very good I guess I'll have to go out and get me some recipe books!
