-Raz0r-;5300128But forced sex of any kind is a massive turn-off...

Some people are of the opposite opinion. There's a whole slew of rape-fantasy fetish stuff around the Internets.

Yeah, and some stuff is really bizarre.

It's not really that bizarre. Rape fantasy is unbelievably common.

Bizarre would be scat, etc. That's quite strange (on the vanilla-strange scale, but not really that out there on the fetish scale).

That's what I'm talking about...rape fetishes are nothing compared to some of the weird stuff - bestiality, pissing, power tools, torture and the list goes on.

You people are weird.

As much as I want to actually contribute to this thread with a real (read: correct) response, I'm not sure I want to be associated with it =P

Schofield;5299999Who said that was the title? That was what the book was about... Plus the title isn't relevant to what I said.

You read a book you refuse to cite. Obviously the contents must be true.

Ironic that you would quote that is fact, since each state has different rape and sexual assault laws, so there's no way you could possibly be accurate unless every state held that to be true, which I doubt is the case.

You want me to source it? I never even said I refused to... K I'll go back to school library. I never said the term applied to every state either, I said I read a book of crimes in America....

Fine, AlDaja =P

That would imply that you're referring to federal law, the U.S. Code. If that's the case, then you need to go back and check your facts, or find a book that isn't wrong.

U.S.C. Title 18, Chapter 109A (§§2241-22248) governs and defines "sexual abuse". As of 5 January 2009, the word "rape" appears nowhere in this section, and all definitions of "sexual abuse" apply equally to both sexes.

As for the original post, the answer is yes, potentially. Within the scope of other (in the US case, more local) jurisdictions, the answer is probably also yes, potentially in most cases.
