I don't know, the original link we have doesn't work any more.
I'm not really sure if I'd like to see a new one though. Too much ego stroking in a lot of it. Seeing that our profiles are more customizable now and we have social groups.

Where else are we going to find information about the forums (mostly the spam forums)

Only value of that I see is to do it for fun, and you can do that with social groups dedicated to said threads.
I recall during the previous incarnation there was editing wars between certain threads anyways.
But if it's going to be created, the filefront network guys have the call on it or someone's going to have to put up hosting himself.

We could always make one, that's not the issue, the problem is judging from its previous incarnation it won't be too used.
