i'm planning on going to holland with some friends in october and was wondering if anyone has an experience with this nation???

any useful sites from getting to holland from england.

I must admit that I myself have quite some experiance with this nation, yes. Amsterdam is always good for the tourists. You can go through the red light district, to the Palice on the Dam, and after that, stop by in a coffeeshop.

But for more specific information, I'd like to know where in Holland exactly you're going to.

we haven't really decided so any tips on good places to go, cheap places that sorta stuff would be kindly accepted

Hit Amsterdam, at least. I also highly recommend a place called Madurodam. It's a place where a huge amount of miniature models of cities are collected. If you love engineering, the Delta Werken are worth seeing (I think they are amazing, call me an engineering nerd if you will) Considering you can drive through the country in two hours, there's not much you *can't* do. What are you interested in? Beaches, museums, amusement parks, cities, Holland has it all.
