I'm still long from getting my final grades... But as it seems, it's pretty much E and C all the way down... :vikki:

I was homeschooled, but I got straight As with the exception of History. I gave fuck all about History, I could not stand that class. I'm not going to go into politics, and an in-depth knowledge of American History isn't necessary to get a job stocking shelves. Or doing pretty much anything else within my current skill range.

Yeah, my history class was my only B. I am the kind of student who always goes to classes. That class though... I only went to about 6 weeks of the classes before I just stopped going and only came on due dates and test days. It was evil class. It was so boring. It managed to be the first class in my life that I ever intentionally took a nap in class during. Hahahaha.

Anyway, so it goes. I raised my GPA from 3.55 to 3.58 so I'm happy. :) I hope everyone did well!

What are Cs and Es? What grading scale is that?

Ohh lord. My grades, they sadden me. I *think* I'm smarter than my grades would suggest, but they don't exactly set the bar high.

Well considering that grades are mostly meaningless when trying to find work after finishing your education, then well done. ^_^

A's and B's for my first semester and college. not a bad start considering that I feel like I didn't work very hard for it. Imagine if I had actually really tried :D

This semester I got 4 A's and 3 B's. Finals (which usually destroy me) actually bumped two B+'s of mine up to an A-.

I plan to do substantially better next semester, as I realize that my main problem this semester is that I was very distracted by my new girlfriend, friends, etc. I just need to manage my time more wisely, and better grades will follow.

I'm also trying to take an actual interest in my courses, which always tends to improve my grades. The more I'm interested, the more I will study, and well, you can guess the rest.

Haha, the first few semesters are nice. One doesn't really have to work too hard. Just wait though. Come Junior year you will curse the fact that you ever started college. Hahaha. I'm in my 5th year and at this point during semester I spend all day every day studying with maybe a day off on the weekends. Sometimes 2 days but not always. Haha.

Yeah, I had a lot of those problems too. I was very distracted by the girl who at this point has become my girlfriend and friends and such were hard to not be distracted by. I still somehow pulled good grades.
