This was made from a six image pan at Green Lakes State Park in New York. The lake was completely frozen over, you could go right out and walk on it, though there were a few deer carcasses out in the middle from where some coyotes killed and mutilated them. Personally I like the color one more, but oh well. Maybe I'll post that one later if interested. attachment.php?attachmentid=27447&stc=1

I'd prefer it without the houses, but that entails missing out that interesting tree thing.

Regarding the color one, it depends on what the colors are. :/

Working on color version, though first I want to fix the stitching that is visible. Last night my room was dark and I couldn't see the details, didn't notice until study hall today.

Yes, I hate having the restrooms in the picture too. :(

i think the buildings help add to it. with the foliage on the left, then on the right it helps frame in the lake. the buildings just help fill in the right, in my opinion.

riles have you ever tried Jasc Paint Shop Photo Album 5? it can create panoramas from photos, you can dl a demo from Jasc's site

I think the right would be filled in nicely if it had that tree arrangement without the restrooms, but since the restrooms are inside that frame I think they'll have to stay.
