Hashbrowns are so much better.
Grits are just gross.
Hashbrows. Bow to the shredded, fried potatoey goodness.
Hashbrowns, IF cooked correctly. Actually I am talking home fries, not those greasy cardboard pressed hashbrowns you find at burger king:rolleyes:
Fresh pots, onion, green/red peppers.... awwwwww yeahhhhh.
Grits are good as well, again IF cooked correctly.
Hashbrowns are one of a very select group of foods that don't taste their best unless they're prepared just right. Another is bacon. Some places cook bacon until it's totally crisp and it breaks appart as soon as you bite it. Other places don't cook it enough. But bacon is best when it's in between, not totally done, but not under cooked either.:)
