Just curious to get a random cross sample;

Do you get them?
How often?
How severe?
Do they bother you?

I get them quite a bit on and off and I am just curious to see how normal it is given my doctors keep dismissing me as okay.

I get them every now and then. Typically they're harmless and get a bad rap because they're attributed to the Heart.

Palpitations make you feel like your heart is beating too hard or too fast, skipping a beat, or fluttering. You may notice heart palpitations in your chest, throat, or neck.

They can be bothersome or frightening. They usually aren't serious or harmful, though, and often go away on their own. Most of the time, they're caused by stress and anxiety, or because you’ve had too much caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol. They can also happen when you’re pregnant.

Maybe you're pregnant?

I get them from time to time. Have been told it's nothing to worry about, at least currently.

Sometimes when seriously fatigued/unsettled but trying to sleep, if we're thinking of the same thing.

I had a case about 2-3 years ago where I had palpitations for about a week. I was insanely stressed, and pretty unhealthy (no caffeine or drugs though) at that time. They were uncomfortable but eventually went away. Haven't had palpitations since, except occasionally and for very brief durations (a minute or two at most).

28, usually get them at night. Is probably related to anxiety.

Non stop heart fluttering when using the TENS unit at my Chiropractor this week? That was unnerving. Didn't say anything, tho. Fixing the pain was too important.

I wouldn't know a heart palpatation if I had one. Which is odd when you consider that I'm stressed, anxious, drink too much coffee and alcohol, smoke, and might be pregnant.

I presume that 10 years of keeping fit has bought me some time.
