Well, I took the day of on Thursday because I was kind of sick. Anyways, when I got back to school the next day the teacher gave us a worksheet Molarity/Molality 2 and I had no idea what to do. She doesn't explain anything to people that were absent, she just makes us look in the book. But, I looked in the book and it didn't give examples or anything. Now I have two worksheets. The one from Thursday which is Molarity and Molality Worksheet and I have one from Friday Molarity/Molality 2 and they both have to be done on Monday. I wrote out one of the worksheets (Molarity and Molality). Do you guys think you can help me with some of the problems? I have no idea what to do! Thats what happens when I miss one day of school :(.

Molarity and Molality Worksheet 1. Calculate the molarity when 75.0 grams of MgCl2 is dissolved in 500.0 mL of solution. 2. 100.0 grams of sucrose (C12H22O11, mol. Wt = 342.3 g/mol) is dissolved in 1.50 L of solution. What is the molarity? 3. 49.8 grams of KI is dissolved in enough water to make 1.00 L of solution. What is the molarity? 4. 10.0 g of acetic acid (CH3COOH) is dissolved in 500.0 mL of solution. What molarity results? 5. How many mL of solution will result when 15.0g of H2SO4 is dissolved to make a 0.200 M solution? 6. What weight (in grams) of H2SO4 would be needed tp ,ale 750.0 mL of 2.00 M solution? 7. What volume (in mL) of 18.0 M H2SO4 is needed to contain 2.45 g H2S04? 8. Suppose you had 58.44 grams of NaCl and you dissolved it in exactly 2.00 kg of pure water (the solvent). What would be the molality of the solution? 9. Calculate the molality of 20.0 grams of KI dissolved in 800.0 mL pure water. 10. 80.0 grams of glucose (C6H12O6, mol. Wt = 180. G/mol) is dissolved in 80.00 kg of water. Calculate the molality.

Sorry dude, Its been awhile since I had chemistry. I loved it, but its been a long time since I've even seen the equations that go with those questions. Don't you have a friend you could call or something? That at least would give you a general idea of what you're supposed to be doing.

Yeah, but they have different hours, and they get different worksheets. The people that I talk to in my Chemistry class live far away, and I don't think they would be able to or would want to explain it over the phone. All I would need help with is just get an example of each problem.
