It's not that I don't want to go outside or anything but I have an infected big toe (It burns like fire when I walk) and my and most of my friends allegies are going crazy. Also, my best friend just got a girlfriend and so he is never around.
I've been wanting to go outside to exercise for a while now, but my toe is so infected I can barely walk, let alone run. So I was wondering what I could do in my house for exercise since I don't own a car and can't run. I was really need to bulid lung capciety since I have asthama and just failed my mile run (13 minites, a new slow for me). I am very strong otherwise, so I don't need to lift weights.
Try doing sit ups.
Fix the toe first. Find out where it is infected. Clean it out with some %70 alcohol(if it burns, it is working) or hydrogen peroxide.
If you got some hills around your house, try bikeing. We got a few big ones where I live. I have been doing about a mile a day for the last 3 weeks, and I am getting better with time. On a bike you don't need to use your toes alot.
Sit ups don't tire out that much. Trying to do 50 in one go could leave you with a sore stomach the next day if you are not used to it. I do them in 4 sets of 15 to give me 60.
awesome @_@
well like try doin female pushups the one where ur on ur knees instead :d
but like yea..its fer girls i spose @_@
o and the Mod has nice fitness skillz @_@ can u tell me stuff i can do before i go to mini boot camp? plz :s
Sit ups, crunches, and more sit ups and crunches.
Push ups too.
Don't know if you got access to a gym, but a rowing exercise might as well do the trick.
You don't have to get fancy to stay in shape. 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, run wind sprint drills. When that gets easy, raise the mark. If you are going to do any running, stay off hard surfaces or it'll cost you later on.

I have only been doing this for a month. Find someone who knows more.

That is a definate. We have a hard paved 1/4 mile track at my school. We have to be able to run a mile on it in 10 mintues in 18 weeks. If I run on the turf right beside it, I can run a good bit farther than I can on the pavment.
You don't need to run to work your legs. Get a good heavy push mower(not self-propelled) and mow some grass with that. 15,000 square feet of yard takes me about an hour an a half. It also pays real good. Professionals make about $40 to $60 in 20 minutes by mowing someone's lawn with their 6 foot ZTR mowers. You can still make a good $25 by your self.
do a few sit ups and do some weights maybe.
