I was just thinking about this humble establishment and how it has sureged even since I got here about nine months ago. I was just wondering if one of the higher ups has the answers to any of the following questions.

Who was the first member? When was GF founded? For the admins of differing rank and the supermods, what forum did you start out in?

FN|Pro-Filer First there was FileFreak Forums (FilesNetwork's forums) And IOError network's forums. Then they merged together into GamingForums.com a domain I had owned for a while and we decided it'd be a perfect place for our merged forums.

I/OError forums had a shitload of posts, I think dating back to 1999 but were very inactive. FileFreak Forums had a good amount of users and were pretty active too.

Now GamingForums is pretty much it's own community but still FilesNetwork's forums. Unfortunately FileFront' isn't pimping GamingForums.com anymore since the relaunch (and the addition of their own internal commenting system)

ioerror's forums were founded by redm(derek), the file server for the ioerror network was fileleech.com. It was later bought out by Faulk Enterprises and turned it into FileFront.com then, down the road, 3 forums merged together to form gamingforums. FilesNetworks forums or FileFreak forums or whatever they were called, FileFront's forums, and voodoo extreme's forums. But then Voodoo Extreme merged with IGN and never used them again.. so their forums have been inactive and lately been removed.

If the userid's went by date and not a screwup in the merging process, any ioerror member would have the lowest numbers, pro would be in the 10's of thousands and derek(redm) would be user 1
